First off I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!  I had a nice day ~ going to service and having lunch with friends.  No matter where you are or what your circumstances look like, the fact that the tomb is empty is worth celebrating!!  Jesus is good.  He is faithful.  He is kind.  He is a promise keeper.  He's my everything.

I found this picture on pinterest and with this upcoming week it resinated in my soul deeply...

The next two days I will be preparing for my first French Exams!!! I will begin four days of testing on Thursday [7 tests total - April 4, 5, 8, & 9] Eeeeeeek!  But like the scriptures says, "Do not worry."  So instead of worrying I am placing these exams at the foot of the cross and I'm abiding in the love and wisdom and understanding that I have in Jesus.  

Will you pray with me, for me?  Yes, please pray that I will be able to do well on the tests.  But more importantly please pray that I will have peace (while taking the tests as I tend to be a stressed test taker) and that I will not allow myself to be defined by the outcome of these tests.  Language learning is hard to test.  I am noticeably learning at a slower rate and that is just fine.  Hard but alright.

Thank you for your prayers!  And if the blog is a bit quite for the next week and a half you will know why.
